In 2004, Dmitry Golubkov was elected to Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors.

Golubkov joined Acron in 1996 as an expert in the consulting centre and head of the foreign trade division. In 2006, he was appointed Acron’s vice president overseas.

Golubkov was born in 1972. He graduated in 1995 from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in aircraft testing. In 2002, he received a degree in organisation management from the State University of Management.

Golubkov was awarded the title of Honoured Citizen of Linyi (China), and in 2008 he was named Person of the Year in Linyi.

Ivan Antonov was elected to Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors in 2002.

Antonov has been with Acron since 1973. Between 2003 and 2005, he chaired Acron’s Board of Directors and was in charge of international markets. From 2005 to 2011, Antonov was Acron’s CEO. In 2011, was appointed Acron’s vice president for production and development.

Antonov was born in 1950. He graduated in 1973 from the Leningrad Lensoviet Technology Institute with a degree in industrial engineering.

The Russian Ministry of Economics awarded Antonov its certificate of honour. He also holds Order of Honour, the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation, the title of Miner of Russia Golden Badge and recently received the Anniversary Medal in commemoration of Veliky Novgorod’s 1,150th Birthday.

In 2006, Mark Ginzburg was named senior deputy CEO of Hongri Acron and was elected to the Board of Directors.

Ginzburg has been with Acron since 1976. He worked as deputy head of ammonia operations and head of ammonia and formalin operations.

Ginzburg was born in 1952. He graduated in 1976 from the Leningrad Lensoviet Institute of Chemistry and Technology with a degree in production and application of catalysts.
He holds the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Khabrat was elected to the Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors in 2007.

Khabrat joined Acron in 1993. He worked as an international market exports engineer, assistant deputy chairman of Board of Directors and consulting center expert. Between 2002 and 2006, Khabrat was deputy director of Hongri Acron sales center and deputy CEO of Hongri Acron.

Khabrat was appointed Acron’s head of foreign trade division in 2010. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Acron’s deputy head of foreign trade division.

Khabrat was born in 1970. He graduated in 1993 from the Novgorod Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 1998, he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics with a degree in economics and management of chemical enterprises.

Ji Xingmin is an independent member of Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors and also CEO of Shandong Luxin International Trading Company, Ltd.

Zhang Qikun is an independent member of Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors and a professor at school of law of the Central University of Finance and Economics.

Xu Jimeng was appointed Hongri Acron’s CEO and elected to the Board of Directors in 2009.

Xu was born in 1963. He graduated from Changsha Railway Institute (Hunan province, China) in 1985 with a degree in railway engineering. In 2001, he completed postgraduate studies in agronomy at Shenyang Agricultural University.

In 2007, Shi Chongqing was appointed deputy CEO of Hongri Acron and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009.

Shi has been with the company since 2002. He served as interpreter and assistant to the chairman of Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors.

Shi was born in 1965. He graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1988 and was awarded a master’s degree in 1991.

In 2008, Stanislav Tsokolayev was appointed deputy CEO of Hongri Acron and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009.

Tsokolayev joined the company in 2002 as Acron’s representative in China. In 2006, he was appointed secretary of Hongri Acron’s Board of Directors.

Tsokolayev was born in 1976 and graduated from the State University of Management.
