Viktor BocherikovDeputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Executive Director Viktor Bocherikov was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006 and was appointed Dorogobuzh’s executive director in 2005.
Between 1991 and 1997 he worked as Acron's head of AN operations and NPK operations. In 1997 he was appointed Dorogobuzh’s director.
Bocherikov was born in 1952. He graduated in 1974 from the Leningrad Technology Institute with a degree in non-organic chemistry.  Alexei GusevMember of Board of Directors Head of the Sales and Procurement Department Alexei Gusev was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009. In 2008, he was appointed head of the sales and procurement department.
Gusev has been with Dorogobuzh since 1995. He held the posts of senior marketing manager, first deputy head of the sales service, head of the sales division.
Gusev was born in 1973. In 1995, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a degree in industrial and civil engineering.  Tatyana MikheyevaMember of the Board of Directors Head of the Economic Planning Division under the Economy and Finance Department Tatyana Mikheyeva was elected to the Board of Directors in 2007 and was appointed the head of the economic planning division under the economy and finance department in 2005.
Mikheyeva has been with Dorogobuzh since 1979. She held the posts of economist, senior expert and deputy head of the economic planning department.
Mikheyeva was born in 1958. She graduated in 1983 from the All-Union Extramural Institute of Finance and Economics with degree in finance and credit.  Andrei MusatovMember of Board of Directors First Deputy Director General of North-Western Phoshphorous Company
In 2009, Andrei Musatov was elected to the Board of Directors of Dorogobuzh. In 2010, he was appointed first deputy CEO of North-Western Phoshphorous Company.
Between 2009 and 2010 he was executive director of DorogobuzhRemstroy (a subsidiary of Dorogobuzh).
Musatov has been with Dorogobuzh since 1989. He worked as head of AN operations, NPK operations, and mineral fertiliser operations.
Musatov was born in 1966. In 1989, he received a degree in industrial power engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

Popov has been with Dorogobuzh since 2005. He started with the company as an expert and later a senior expert in the Research and Information Department.
Popov was born in 1981. He graduated in 2003 from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with degree in mathematical methods and operational research in economics.  Dmitry KhabratMember of the Board of Directors Head of Acron's Foreign Trade Division Dmitry Khabrat was elected to the Dorogobuzh Board of Directors and was appointed head of Acron’s Foreign Trade Division in 2010.
Khabrat has been with Acron since 1993. He held the posts of an international market exports engineer, assistant deputy chairman of the Board of Directors, consulting center expert and deputy head of Acron’s Foreign Trade Division.
Khabrat was born in 1970. He graduated in 1993 from the Novgorod Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 1998, he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics with a degree in economics and chemical enterprise management.  Vladimir KunitskyChairman of the Managing Board Chief Executive Officer Since 2011, Vladimir Kunitsky has served as Dorogobuzh’s CEO (President).
Between 2006 and 2011, Vladimir Kunitsky was Dorogobuzh’s senior vice president.
Kunitsky has been with the company since 1983. His previous offices include deputy head of AN operations, head of NPK operations, director general of Dorogobuzh Minudobreniya Production Association.
He began his career in the chemical industry at the Krasno-Uralsk Copper Smelting Plant, where he worked from 1971 to 1983.
Kunitsky was born in 1948. In 1971, he graduated from the Gorky Urals State University with a degree in chemistry.
Kunitsky was named Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation and received the Merit in Labour Medal.  Oscar ValtersDeputy Chairman of the Managing Board Senior Vice President Oscar Valters was appointed Dorogobuzh’s senior vice president in 2011.
Valters came to the company in 1995 and has held a number of key positions, including head of the financial management division of the Board of Directors, chairman of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors deputy chairman for finance, head of the finance department and vice president for finance.
Valters was born in 1963. He graduated in 1985 from the Moscow Automotive Institute with a degree in machinery and foundry operations technology. In 1992, he received a degree in foreign exchange transactions, international credit and clearing from the State Finance Academy.

Antonov was born in 1950. He graduated in 1973 from the Leningrad Lensoviet Technology Institute with a degree in industrial engineering.
The Russian Ministry of Economics awarded Antonov its certificate of honour. He also holds Order of Honour, the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation, the title of Miner of Russia Golden Badge and recently received the Anniversary Medal in commemoration of Veliky Novgorod’s 1,150th Birthday.  Dmitry GolubkovMember of the Managing Board Vice President Overseas In 2006, Dmitry Golubkov was appointed Dorogobuzh’s vice president overseas.
Golubkov joined the company in 1996. He worked as an expert in the consulting centre and head of the foreign trade division.
Golubkov was born in 1972. He graduated in 1995 from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in aircraft testing. In 2002, he received a degree in organisation management from the State University of Management.  Alexei MilenkovMember of the Managing Board Finance Director In 2008, Alexei Milenkov was appointed Dorogobuzh’s finance director.
He has been with the company since 2002, working as head of the information and research division.
Milenkov was born in 1973. In 1995, he graduated from Togliatti State University with a degree in automotive engineering. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
