Sergei Fedorov was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Verkhnekamsk Potash Company in 2012.

In 2005–2009, Sergei Fedorov served as CEO of North-Western Phosphorous Company. Since 2005, Fedorov has served as Acron’s vice president for mining and chemical production.

Before coming to Acron in 2005, Fedorov was director general of FosAgro AG from 2002 to 2004. From 1996 to 2002, he was senior deputy director general and later director general at Apatit.

Fedorov was born in 1953. He graduated in 1976 from the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in railway engineering and design engineering. Fedorov also has a Ph.D. in Economics.

Fedorov received the second degree Order for Service to the State, and a certificate of honour from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Science. He is a full cavalier (awarded first, second and third degree) of the Miners’ Glory Badge, and also holds the titles of Honoured Miner and Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Zakharov joined the company in 2005 and was appointed CEO in 2006.

In 2001–2002, he worked as finance director for Nevinnomyssky Azot and from 1994 to 2001 served as finance director at Kovdorsky Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works.

Zakharov was born in 1954. He has a degree in labour economics from the Voznesensky Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics which he graduated from in 1977. In 1994, he completed the economic management programme at the Senior Managerial Personnel Institute of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Zakharov holds the title of Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation.
