Sergei Fedorov was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of North-Western Phosphorous Company in 2010.

In 2005–2009, he served as CEO of NWPC. Since 2005, Fedorov has served as Acron’s vice president for mining and chemical production.

Before coming to Acron in 2005, Fedorov was CEO of FosAgro AG from 2002 to 2004. From 1996 to 2002, he was senior deputy CEO and later CEO at Apatit.

Fedorov was born in 1953. He graduated in 1976 from the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in railway engineering and design engineering. Fedorov also has a Ph.D. in Economics.

Fedorov received the second degree Order for Service to the State, and a certificate of honour from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Science. He is a full cavalier (awarded first, second and third degree) of the Miners’ Glory Badge, and also holds the titles of Honoured Miner and Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation.

In 2009, Andrei Rovensky was appointed NWPC’s chief executive officer.

Rovensky joined the company in 2006. He worked as deputy CEO and chief commercial officer.

From 2000 to 2006, he worked as deputy CEO of Acronagrotrading, deputy CEO of Acronagrosbyt and headed the monitoring group at Acron’s sales division.

In 1995–2000, Rovensky was operations manager and director of Norsk Hydro representative office in Ukraine. From 1989 to 1994, he served as senior engineer of the foreign economic relations department of Apatit.

Rovensky was born in 1954. He graduated from Krivoy Rog Mining Institute with a degree in construction of underground facilities and mines.
