Vladimir Volohhonski has been the chairman of AS DBT’s Managing Board since 1997.

Between 1971 and 1997, he worked in the Port of Tallinn (Estonia). Volohhonski was promoted from engineer to head of port operations service.

Volohhonski was born in 1948. He graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Water Transport in 1971 with a degree in organisation of seaport operations.
