AS DBT is a terminal complex at Muuga port (Estonia). The terminal transships mineral fertilisers and is one of the most technically advanced port facilities in Eastern and Northern Europe. DBT services a significant percentage of the Group’s exported mineral fertilisers. The terminal’s berth, 288 m long and 14.5 m deep, allows it to service vessels with a capacity of over 70,000 tonnes. |
Key Capacity of the Terminal Complex
The terminal has the capacity to transship 2.5 mn tpa of bulk cargo.
AS DBT facilities include several types of warehouse:
- A tent-shaped 70,000-tonne warehouse accommodating various types of fertilisers simultaneously
- Five dome-shaped isolated warehouses with a combined capacity of up to 95,000 tonnes
- Covered storage area and an open storage space for storing packaged cargo
The terminal has the capacity to blend fertilisers and pack products in big bags.
