Alexander Volohhonski was appointed chairman of AS BCT’s Managing Board in 2006.

Between 1997 and 2006, Volohhonski worked for several companies, including Merktrans Invest in Estonia, Multibank in Latvia, Finartis in Russia, and Transmashholding in Russia.

Volohhonski was born in 1974. He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Great Britain, in 1996 with a degree in financial management. He received a degree in bank card marketing from the Academy of National Economy, Russia, in 2000 and his MBA from Boston University in 1998.
