He has been with the company since 1978. He has served in various capacities including NPK operations head, acting senior vice president for operations, senior deputy CEO for operations and development, Acron’s chief technology officer, senior deputy executive director. Kochubey was born in 1952. He graduated in 1978 from the Omsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in low temperature physics. Kochubey is a member of the Novgorod Duma. He was awarded the Russian Order of Merit of the second degree and Anniversary Medal in commemoration of Veliky Novgorod’s 1,150th Birthday. He also holds the title of Honoured Chemist of the Russian Federation. |
